Kaaizer Sethna

I met Kaaizer through my sister-in-law Baljit. I’ve used his services in the past to buy RESPs for my kids. I e-mailed Kaaizer on August 6, 2008 and asked him the following questions. His responses are listed below my questions:

1. Where did you grow up?

Mumbia (Bombay), India except for the five years where I attended a Military Boarding School in South India.

2. What did you want to be when you were a kid?

Everything - like a person who lived a hundred years in 10… who was always successful at having the company of beautiful women - and experiencing freedom in foreign lands.

3. How would you describe to someone like me what you do for a living?

I live out of the box, search for out-of-the-box ideas, create out-of-the-box solutions, and find that there isn’t a single problem that cannot be solved. I turn people’s lives around for a living, whether it is financial or even health. I have begun to specialize in out-of-the-box investments with out-of-the-world returns… investments should be a business, not a single-digit rate of return. I coach people to turn their lives around.

4. How would you describe what you do to someone who has no idea what your industry is about?

I invest other people’s money and deal with inheritance, divorce and other issues. I also just became a real estate investor.
